By submitting a mortgage inquiry, you expressly consent to receive one automated text message to the phone number you provided for the purpose of verifying your identity.

You also consent to be contacted by your matched mortgage professional by phone, email, or text regarding your loan inquiry. That professional operates under their own communication policies.
After we deliver your information to a lender, we may send up to two follow-up emails to check in on your home loan progress. These emails are sent at approximately 30 days and 60 days after your lender match.
You may unsubscribe from these follow-up emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at privacy@solidusleads.com.
Unsubscribing from SolidusLeads follow-ups does not affect communications from your matched lender, who operates independently.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations — typically up to 7 years to satisfy financial record-keeping requirements applicable to mortgage-related services.
