When you submit a mortgage inquiry, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• City and state of residence
• Loan purpose, estimated loan amount, and property type
• Self-reported credit score range
• Desired closing timeline and first-time buyer status

We also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address (used only for rate limiting and fraud prevention) and the date and time of your submission.

We do not pull your credit report. The credit score range you provide is entirely self-reported and does not constitute a credit inquiry. Your credit score is unaffected by submitting a request.

We use your information exclusively to:

• Match you with a single licensed mortgage professional in your state
• Verify your phone number via a one-time SMS text message
• Deliver your contact information to your matched lender after verification
• Send up to two follow-up emails (at approximately 30 and 60 days) to check whether your mortgage journey was successful
• Improve our matching algorithm and service quality

We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not build advertising profiles, sell your data to data brokers, or use your information to target you with ads.

Your information is shared with exactly one person: the licensed mortgage professional we match you with. That lender receives your name, contact information, loan details, and qualification score.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party, including other lenders, advertisers, data brokers, or affiliate networks.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, SMS services) under strict confidentiality agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.

We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

By submitting a mortgage inquiry, you expressly consent to receive one automated text message to the phone number you provided for the purpose of verifying your identity.

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any text message from us. For help, reply HELP.

You also consent to be contacted by your matched mortgage professional by phone, email, or text regarding your loan inquiry. That professional operates under their own communication policies.

After we deliver your information to a lender, we may send up to two follow-up emails to check in on your home loan progress. These emails are sent at approximately 30 days and 60 days after your lender match.

You may unsubscribe from these follow-up emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at privacy@solidusleads.com.

Unsubscribing from SolidusLeads follow-ups does not affect communications from your matched lender, who operates independently.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations — typically up to 7 years to satisfy financial record-keeping requirements applicable to mortgage-related services.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@solidusleads.com. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limited to authorized personnel, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
