SolidusLeads (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mortgage lead matching service. We connect homebuyers and borrowers with licensed mortgage professionals. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial institution, and we do not originate, underwrite, or fund loans.
Our service is free to homebuyers. We earn a success fee from lenders only when a matched loan closes — we have no financial incentive to match you with any particular lender over another.
To use SolidusLeads, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you submit a mortgage inquiry, we use the information you provide to identify a licensed mortgage professional in your state who may be suited for your loan type and profile. We match each inquiry to one professional at a time.
No guarantee of approval or loan terms. Being matched with a lender does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or any particular loan terms. All lending decisions are made independently by the matched lender according to their own underwriting criteria and applicable law.
No obligation. Receiving a match does not obligate you to proceed with any lender. You are free to decline, request a rematch, or use any lender of your choice.
The information you provide — including your credit score range, loan amount, and property details — is self-reported and used only for matching purposes. You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your ability.
We do not independently verify the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may result in an unsuitable match and does not create any liability for SolidusLeads.
No credit inquiry. Submitting a mortgage inquiry through SolidusLeads does not constitute a credit application and does not result in a hard inquiry on your credit report. A credit check may be performed by your matched lender only with your explicit consent.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SolidusLeads text messages by replying STOP. You may opt out of follow-up emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us at legal@solidusleads.com.
Once we deliver your information to a matched lender, your relationship with that lender is governed by that lender’s own terms, disclosures, and regulatory obligations. SolidusLeads is not a party to any loan transaction.
All licensed mortgage professionals in our network are independently licensed under the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and applicable state law. SolidusLeads does not endorse any particular lender or guarantee the quality of any lender’s services.
You agree not to use SolidusLeads to:
The SolidusLeads service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match will result in a loan.
We make no representations about the suitability of any matched lender for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolidusLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, any loan transaction, or any lender’s actions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (which for homebuyers is $0) or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolidusLeads and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
Your use of SolidusLeads is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SolidusLeads shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or to disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SolidusLeads after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
